onboard is charged in the form of an annual fee due each year. Each of the two modules (Recruiting and Talent Management) has its own price, which includes a turnkey solution with all functions and services. In addition, there is a one-time set-up fee. The amount depends on your company size, please contact us for a quote that has no obligation.

The implementation process is quick and straightforward. We specialize in reducing your internal effort to a minimum. After signing the contract, we guide you through a well-rehearsed process so that you can quickly start working with onboard. Your time expenditure is limited to about 2-3 hours and about 1.5 hours for the software training (per module). Your IT department or agencies do not need to be involved. The whole implementation process takes about 2-4 weeks.

The contract period is 12 months and the contract can be terminated 2 months before it is due. Otherwise the contract will be renewed for another 12 months. In the first year of the contract, we allow you to opt out at any time. In this case, we will refund you the difference at the end of the contract period.

Payment is made by invoice, you do not need a credit card.

Yes, you can definitely choose only one of the two modules (Recruiting or Talent Management) and add or cancel modules at any time later. If you purchase both modules together, you will receive a package discount.
